If SpeechButton Pro doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund your payment within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you're unsatisfied with SpeechButton Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment.
After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, but no further charges are made.
Annual Subscriptions
Within 30 days: Full refund of the annual payment.
After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months. For example, if you cancel 4 months into an annual subscription, you receive a refund for the remaining 8 months.
Free Plan
The Free plan (15 min/day) is free forever and does not require any payment. No refund applies.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your email address (the one used for purchase)
- The word "Refund" in the subject line
We process refunds within 3 business days. The refund appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
